Mounted on floating stage in wood or concrete.
Gives good padding for corners if mounted such that the “bubbles” are bent around the corner. (NB! Leave some space underneath the fender at the corner when mounting, before filling the fender chain with air.)
Fastening materials: Screws with washers.
Mounting on quay walls.
Single elements are mounted with the valve pointing down.
The fender chain at the top (Ø115mm or Ø90mm) is then mounted over the mounting surface of the vertical fenders.
Fastening materials: Screws with washers, but for the vertical fenders predrilling is needed and more solid screws must be used.
Mounting on concrete/stone piers are possible with the use of expansion bolts.
