Valve kit

The valve kit consists of an end plug in polyamide (PA) and a brass valve with cap. The valve is of standard type and most bike and foot pumps can be used. One set is used for each mounted length of ParmaFender.

Joint piece
Joint piece in brass. Used for jointing of segments, for example for extension of installation, or repairs.

Fastening straps, stainless steel

Solid fastening straps in PA coated acid-proof steel. 630x10mm.

Used to fasten the fender to pier cantilevers. Sold singularly or in packs of 100 pcs. Calculate one strap per ordered segment, plus one for each length. We recommend ordering a few spare straps in case of incorrect installation and for maintenance.

Fastening straps, PA66
Fastening straps in weatherproof polyamide (PA66). Hellermann Tyton (LK5 PA66HIRHSW). 540x13,2mm.

Can be used as installation assistance of the fender on steel outriggers (see installation instructions).

Insulating strip

Insulating strip in PA. L = 450mm B = 17mm. Used between steel straps and steel beams as an extra protection to prevent corrosion. Sold in packs á 30 pieces.

Screw kit, 8x40mm

Screw kit, 6x40
High-grade stainless steel screws 6x40mm and accompanying Ø30 washers. Sold in sets of 50 pcs. With each set, a Torx TX25 bit is included. The screws are used where the fender is mounted to a wooden pier. Calculate two screws per ordered segment, plus two for each length of ParmaFender.

Auger
Ø14mm auger. Used to drill holes in the fender. Hole diameter is adjusted such that fastening straps can be tread through the hole.
